This is a very interesting commentary on what may be an evolving plan in the Middle East:
The appointment of Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner, 35, as senior adviser in the future White House on Middle East affairs is part of a broader plan taking shape in the president-elect’s transition team for bringing forward a resolution of the Israel-Palestinian dispute. This plan has not yet jelled into concrete policy, but is still a set of ideas under consideration by the team’s insiders, in the light of Trump’s comments past and present.
On Nov 22, the president elect said that Kushner “could be very helpful” in reconciling the longstanding dispute between the Israelis and Palestinians. “He would be very good at it” and “He knows the region.”
He also said: Many people said “you can’t do it. I disagree. I think I have reason to believe I can do it.”
The incoming US president’s appointment of David Friedman as ambassador to Israel also mentioned the drive for peace and reiterated his campaign pledge to move the US embassy to Jerusalem.
This week, Palestinian Authority chairman Mahmoud Abbas warned that transferring the embassy would be tantamount to a US declaration of war on the Palestinians. King Abdullah of Jordan said it would be “a red line” for his government and “inflame the Islamic and Arab streets,” while Secretary of State John Kerry said, days before he leaves the post, “You’d have an explosion, an absolute explosion in the region – not just in the West Bank - and perhaps, even in Israel itself - but throughout the region.”
Those dire warnings went without response from the president elect and his designated secretary of state. However, they appear to have had some effect. DEBKAfile’s exclusive sources report that the transition team is examining a number of proposals, one of which is to make a start on clearing the ground at the future site of the US embassy in Jerusalem and then wait.
The US government purchased the site some years ago for this purpose. The plot, known as the Allenby Camp, which served as a British military compound after 1917, is large and stands empty in the southern Jerusalem neighborhood of Talpiot, adjacent to the Palestinian district of Jabal Muqabar and the mixed neighborhood of Abu Tor.
Another idea is to conduct a cornerstone-laying ceremony at the site – and then suspend construction. The Palestinians would have to reciprocate by calling off their international campaign for vilifying and delegitimizing the State of Israel at the UN as well as in world capitals. Construction of the US embassy would then remain on hold. But if the Palestinians continued their anti-Israel campaign, construction of the Jerusalem embassy would go forward.
Our sources report that the embassy transfer is just one item on a broad program President-elect Trump is putting together on the Israeli-Palestinian dispute, including its territorial aspects.
Things are getting exciting, could this trigger gog and magog!

Is it just me or does it seem like things are gaining more momentum but Joe blogs on the street hasn't a clue to what cautious times we are living in. Any wonder jesus mentioned deception 4 times on the mount of olives, we have so much to thank him for, concerning his guidance in these days wherearlier it hard to keep up world. What year 2016 was for politics! I pray many have woke up.
Waiting for the 15th, Paris.....
ReplyDeleteDee - Ive had that conversation many many times in the past several months. Its amazing how blind most people are to whats going on...But as Ive said before, this is typical throughout history. Jesus called His people hypocrites for not seeing the signs of His first coming - its no different now
ReplyDelete:) :)
ReplyDeleteOne of the hardest things to deal with is with brothers and sisters in the Lord that choose to be ignorant of these times. Makes me want to scream.
ReplyDeleteI agree Dave, its maddening, but totally predictable..Remember Daniel 12: "Only the wise will understand..."
ReplyDeleteI agree Ally, the 15th looms large. I also can't believe that a Trump Presidency and the good he stands for in many areas jives with where we find ourselves on the end time prophecy time line. The globalists are too close to realizing their dreams to see it all up-ended by Trump. The best resolution for the church and the globalists and the perfect fit for prophecy fulfillment is the rapture. Of course God can make a way where we see no way but from a human reasoning understanding the rapture would solve all the obstacles a Trump Presidency presents to end time prophecy. I'm banking on Trump being a baby washed in the blood believer/follower of Jesus thus giving the elite a perfect explanation for the disappearance of millions of "bad" people. LOL
ReplyDeleteAgree. The globalists are too close to their plans being finalized. If they dont go the JFK route they will attempt to destroy him through falsehoods lies distortions.
ReplyDeleteQuestion so if a peace agreement is signed in Paris or at a later date if seven years isn't attached to it then it's not the peace agreement we've been looking forward to. I'm occupying holla
ReplyDeleteNot only that, but it will be the AC (not a group effort) - who puts it in place and gets it "confirmed" - thats a very different scenario from the UN, who at this point collectively represents "The Nations" - especially given that its going to be reps from 70 nations next week.
ReplyDeleteBut IMO - this UN action sets the stage for the wars which will precede the AC getting the covenant confirmed - namely Isa 17 and then Ezek 38-39...That sets the stage for the rebuilding of the Temple and the confirmation of the covenant
As far as the 7 years - its interesting that the Oslo accords were to be a 7 year deal (5+2)....I have always wondered if that will be resurrected and 'confirmed'...But as far as the 7 years I'm not entirely convinced that it has to be a 7-year deal prospectively (or as part of the agreement) - we know that it will LAST for 7 years, but its never been clear to me that it necessitates that the agreement will dictate 7 years up front...(It may - especially if its tied to Oslo accords - or it could be a new 7-year deal....I'm just not sure it has to be part of the agreement....
ReplyDeleteYou're an absolute bucket full of knowledge my friend
ReplyDeleteHaaaa just been at this a looooooong time brother :)). I was around when the prophets wrote this stuff :)
ReplyDeleteYes indeed Brother WV :) Trump may very well be a babe In Christ :) Brother Franklin testified to this fact on a radio program. The link below has the recording of that segment :)
ReplyDelete"Franklin Graham Claims Trump Gave His Heart To Christ At Billy Graham’s 95th Birthday Party"
November 8, 2016 10:05 am
"In a radio interview on Saturday, evangelist Franklin Graham said that Christians shouldn’t necessarily be concerned by Donald Trump’s troubling history, because the GOP presidential candidate was one of “many people” who “gave their hearts to Christ” at his father Billy Graham’s 95th birthday party in 2013."

I have my doubts, but only the Lord knows his heart...

Hi Dave, that clip was from 2015, I believe. There were reports from Christians like Franklin Graham and Dr. James Dobson that Trump accepted Yeshua in 2016. One interview I heard said Trump was full-immersion baptized at that time.
ReplyDeleteI hope and pray his faith is true, Alice. Time will tell.
ReplyDeleteBrother Franklin said, and Ive seen the photos posing with Brother Billy, that Trump attended Billy Grahams 95th B-Day party back in 2013. Brother Franklin said that at that party for his dad, they showed the movie called The Cross, and that Donald Trump, along with some others, came forward at the end of the movie to accept Christ :)
