War Preparations Continue: Russia, China And The U.S. All Preparing For War - 'We Have The Makings Of A Potential Nuclear Confllict'

US Leads Nuclear Strike Bomber Exercise Over Euro-Baltic, Claims It’s Responding to ‘Russian Aggression’

Once again, the US military industrial complex is determined to CREATE tension in order to justify its new arms markets in the new EU states like Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Romania and others.
You have to query the psychopathic mindset of the US and the bellicose names its constantly comes up with in order to try to intimidate the rest of the world’s less hyper-militarized nations. This latest nuclear bomber strike exercise targeting Russia was entitled, “Polar Roar”.
NATO has repeatedly accused Russian aircraft of ‘breaching’ its airspace – even though NATO is not an actual country. Meanwhile, NATO is engaged in its most aggressive ever military expansion in its 67 year history – during apparent ‘peacetime.’
Add to this, NATO’s recent massive troop and hardware build-ups in EU frontier states like Estonia(dubbed “Spring Storm”), and in Poland, Lithuania and Latvia, and one has to ask the prudent question: is NATO preparing for something other than peacetime?

“Exercises like POLAR ROAR enhance cooperation and reinforce NATO’s credible and visible posture in preserving a safe and secure environment,” said General Kevin Huyck, Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at the NATO Allied Air Command (AIRCOM) in a statement.

The bombers lifted off from different bases in Missouri, North Dakota and Louisiana, before meeting up over the Atlantic, and undertaking an uninterrupted flight over Europe, where they refueled mid-air, a key component of the exercise.
Once there, they were treated like intruders by local NATO jets, as part of the alliance’s air policing training.
“NATO’s Air Policing mission preserves and safeguards the integrity of Alliance airspace. Scrambles are launched within minutes in response to aircraft not following international flight regulations or approaching NATO member countries’ airspace,” explained a statement from NATO.

Troubling signs are emerging that Russia is preparing for a nuclear war with the U.S. Whether that war happens soon or sometime much later will depend on U.S. actions and the decisions made by Putin and key members of the Russian leadership if they interpret U.S. actions as a legitimate existential threat to the Russian Federation. A new cold war between the two countries is heating up.
NATO troops are parked on Russia’s doorstep.
A US-based missile shield is to be erected in Romania and Poland. The U.S. and Russia are engaged in a no-holds barred proxy war in the Ukraine and Syria. Russian jets are buzzing American ships in the Black Sea. Against American wishes, Russia is providing advanced anti-aircraft defensive systems to both Iran and Syria. Neither side really trusts each and what little, if any, trust there is left is rapidly eroding. We have all the makings of a potential nuclear conflict.

Strategic nuclear arsenals are like an advanced, dangerous chess game. However, like in any good chess match, we believe such an earth-shattering decision as a unilateral preemptive nuclear strike is more likely to be made when one side appears to have gained the strategic imperative and the other side is stealthily capable of exploiting his opponent’s vulnerability.
Such a window to launch an attack may occur in 2017 and beyond, after the 2016 U.S. election (between Clinton and Trump) has been decided by American voters. Only by examining all the evidence collectively can we get a comprehensive picture of possible Russian intentions. One thing you’ll agree on is that this new cold war tension between Russia and the U.S. is much more dangerous than what the public, heretofore, has been led to believe.
Let’s begin our four-part series with the Russian military doctrinal belief that a preemptive nuclear strike is more likely to be launched when one side believes it has enough of a strategic advantage over the other side to tip the balance of power in its favor. We will hear this expressed from Vladimir Putin himself in an address recorded at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, which occurred from June 16–18,  of 2016.
Many things emerged from Putin’s speech, particularly the candid admission that Russia was instrumental in negotiating or brokering Obama’s nuclear deal with Iran to stave off a potential war in the Middle East involving Israel. What Russia wanted in return for its cooperation on the Iranian deal and how that plays into the present cold-war dilemma with the U.S. will be discussed more at length later. For now – how dangerous is the Russian threat to the U.S.?

The answer is expressed by American military officials themselves: “Mark Milley, Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army, said that it was only the Russian army that could pose a threat to the United States of America. The official also said that Russia was the only country in the world that could destroy the United States.
Recently, top US officials have been pointing out the growth of Russia’s military power. The commander of US forces in Europe, Ben Hodges, said that Russia was capable of showing resistance even to a technologically superior enemy owing to its air defense system and anti-ship complexes.”
Russia now only believes it can win a nuclear exchange with the U.S. It has held to this belief since 2014. Consequently, Vladimir Putin is preparing his country for the potential likelihood of a nuclear war. Not surprisingly, this preparation is not limited to the underground bunker complex the Russians have constructed in the Ural Mountains or under the streets of Moscow – it includes a complete modernization of all of Russia’s nuclear arsenal. Consider the November 20, 2014 article below in Forbes magazine called, Does Russia think their new nuclear weapons could win a war?

START 3 treaty was overwhelmingly favorable to Russia. Russia has developed long-range cruise missiles of a new generation that will soon be deployed on submarines of the Black Sea Fleet and missile ships of the Caspian Flotilla. The U.S. State Department admitted as much in a report published at the beginning of September, stating that Russia has passed us in nuclear weapons capability for the first time in 40 years.
Letting our nuclear arsenal fall into disrepair is one thing (Washington Post), but allowing Russia to build a new strategic nuclear weapons force more advanced than ours is another thing altogether. And they even have a new generation of missiles. So Russia does think it has the upper hand.

And they might, if Putin and the hard-liners are willing to use force as much as they seem lately. Maybe it’s just coincidental that Russia plans to send long-range bombers to the Gulf of Mexico “just for practice.” Russia has decided not to participate in scheduled joint nuclear security efforts with the United States. Russia is boycotting a U.S.-hosted international security summit meeting in 2016.
When the heads-of-state gave Putin too much grief about the Ukraine at the G-20 meeting last week, he just got up and left. The decline in U.S.-Russian relations is symptomatic of many things and can be dangerous as isolation can breed misinterpretations (NY Times). Russia views our Congress as weak and ineffective, hamstringing our Commander-in-Chief. Russia is paranoid that they themselves will be seen as weak. And Kremlin hard-liners are reticent about letting U.S. experts into their nuclear sites.

China holds massive naval drills to prepare for ‘sudden, cruel & short’ modern war

The Chinese navy held a large-scale “live ammunition” drill in the East China Sea, which involved hundreds of ships and submarines from all three fleets of the People’s Liberation Army.
The exercise involving China's East Sea, North Sea and South Sea fleets practiced both offensive and defensive capabilities of the Chinese naval power. The exercise mobilized some 300 ships, dozens of fighter planes, and involved troops that are responsible for coastal defense radars, communications, and electronic warfare defense, daily newspaper The China Times reported.
“The drill is aimed at honing the assault intensity, precision, stability and speed of troops amid heavy electromagnetic influences,” said a navy statement released Monday. “An information technology-based war at sea is sudden, cruel and short, which requires a fast transition to combat status, quick preparation and high assault efficiency.”

The participating troops and vessels were divided into red and blue teams. The red side joint-assault group perfected skills in attacking the blue side, while the blue team had to use missiles and torpedoes to counterattack their enemy. The drills overall covered a wide range of combat scenarios including reconnaissance, early warning, long-range precision strikes and air and missile defense capabilities of the navy.
China's Defense Ministry called the drills “routine” and not directed against any third party. The drills, however, come at a time of increased tensions in East Asia after an international arbitration tribunal last month rejected Chinese territorial claims to the South China Sea. Beijing rejected the decision by the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague calling the ruling “waste paper.”

Despite the court ruling, China continues to claim most of the South China Sea, through which more than $5 trillion in annual trade passes. Furthermore, China has repeatedly warned against US intervention in the region, which continues to show its force through the freedom of navigation principle.
“The People’s Liberation Army is ready,” one source with ties to the military told Reuters. “We should go in and give them a bloody nose like Deng Xiaoping did to Vietnam in 1979.”
Last week, Beijing also announced that it would hold a “routine”naval exercises in the South China Sea in September with Russia.
“This is a routine exercise between the two armed forces, aimed at strengthening the developing China-Russia strategic cooperative partnership,” China's defense ministry spokesman Yang Yujun told reporters. “The exercise is not directed against third parties.”

As ISIS Posts in Portuguese, U.S. and Brazil Bolster Olympics Security

Worried about possible terrorist attacks at the Olympics in Rio de JaneiroBrazil’s government is working closely with American law enforcement and intelligence services to identify threats and thwart potential disasters at the Games.
Despite its notorious battles with violent crime, Brazil has largely been spared the kind of brazen terrorist attacks that have rattled much of the world in recent years, with Brazilian officials long playing down the nation’s vulnerability to homegrown extremism.

But jihadists are calling for mayhem at the Olympics, building on a wave of killings in Europe, the United States and elsewhere over the last year, including the massacre of 130 people in Paris and “lone wolf” attacks inspired by the Islamic State, that has raised broad fears about Brazil’s security preparations for the Games.

American officials have been training Brazilian antiterrorism units on chemical and biological attacks. They are helping to identify soft targets like restaurants, night clubs and shopping malls that are away from well-guarded Olympic sites. And they have been working for many months to train Brazilian law enforcement and military personnel at large American sporting events, including the Super Bowlin February.

For weeks, the Islamic State has been translating its core propaganda into Portuguese and advertising that it needs Portuguese speakers, in what analysts fear is an attempt to recruit and create a network in Brazil to strike around the Olympics.

Jihadist outlets have been increasing calls for attacks. On July 19, a channel titled “Inspire the Believers!” on Telegram, an encrypted phone app, advised that “Lone Wolf from anywhere in the world can move to Brazil now. Visas and tickets and travel to Brazil will be very easy to get in sha Allah.”

The channel then went on to offer 17 suggestions for attacks around the Olympics, mentioning American, British, French and Israeli visitors as targets. It noted that attackers could drop “poisons or medicines” into food and drinks, or use “toy drones with small explosives,” according to SITE Intelligence Group, which monitors jihadist communications channels.

Polish terror experts slam Angela Merkel's response to terror attacks

A former Central Investigation Bureau officer in Poland has claimed 'Western Europe is practically dead' and blamed Angela Merkel's migration policy for its demise.
Jacek Wrona slammed the German government's response to terror attacks while appearing on a Polish chat show alongside military historian Dr Rafal Brzeski,wPolityce reports.

Wrona compared the situation to the fall of the Roman Empire, saying: 'Europe is at the end of its existence. Western Europe is practically dead.

'These people live in a void, without ideas. And they come the young, who want to acquire wealth, as once did the barbarians. And they have the power.'
He said the EU is suffering because of political correctness.
'The worst problem for services is political correctness. We need a sober judgment,' Wrona claimed.
Dr Brzeski also criticised the German government's response to recent terror attacks. 'The Germans have had enough of this, which does not mean that the government has had enough. These are two different approaches,' he said.
Their comments come after five separate incidents in Germany between July 18 and July 26.

UN Troops Training at a FEMA Camp-Martial Law Readiness Drills

There is not a subject that I have written about over the last several years that I have received the most criticsm for than the topic of UN/foreign troops on American soil. To those who persist on engaging in cognitive dissonance, here is my answer to you, presented in a respectful manner.

In 2012-13, I published many photos of Russian soldiers on American soil. Here is an example as these Russian soldiers, are pictured while training at Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs.

Then there is Sherrie Wilcox of Knoxville,TN. Sherrie has seen and photographed DHS armored vehicles back in March with Russian soldiers manning the vehicles in eastern Tennessee and Western Kentucky. The following video details how Russians are training in DHS vehicles. This was back in 2011.

I could fill a book with examples of UN/Foreign troops on American soil. The abovementioned three examples are merely prepatory background material in order to lay the groundwork for the latest example of UN/Foreign troops on American soil.

From WNEM TV in Michigan:

Military units landing in Michigan for training

Posted: Aug 01, 2016

“Military units from Michigan, Latvia, Canada and Poland are participating in August in training called Exercise Northern Strike.
They’ll be in Michigan for the training that combines air and ground combat capability drills. The exercise starts Monday and runs through Aug. 20. The Michigan National Guard says the first few days are mostly buildup for the exercise before it gets into full swing Aug. 7.
The Guard says about  5,000 military members will participate. Briefings will take place during the training at Camp Grayling and most of the military members involved will be operating from the camp or the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center.
Live-fire exercises involving small arms, mortars, artillery and aerial are planned.”

Camp Grayling is a FEMA camp facility in Grayling, MI., and was the sight of martial law training for the Michigan National guard which commenced on July 15, 2015, during the Jade 15 Operation. This facility also houses hundred of UN military vehicles.
The foreign troops training at the FEMA Camp facility, Camp Grayling, are clearly UN troops who are undoubtedly training for the inevitable.

With regard to Obama’s latest July 1st executive order:Camp Grayling Is a FEMA Camp

United Nations “peacekeepers” may soon arrive and see action on American soil following the United States’ announcement of support for “a set of principles that give a green light for U.N. peacekeeping troops and police to use force to protect civilians in armed conflicts,” Military Times .

Camp Grayling Is a FEMA Camp

This morning I received this email from an eyewitness to the treason going on at Camp Grayling.

Displaying Camp Grayling_FEMA Camp8.jpgDave,
My Buddy Tim and I had an opportunity to take a Camp Grayling Open House Tour in June of 2015 and I have several video clips of something you folks are not talking about.  The videos are of the Multi Million Dollar Urban Assault “Village” located on the Camp Grayling Reservation way out in the boonies.  This is not the Middle East Assault Village also located on the reservation…it’s the USA Village; Church, Post Office, Bank and every building found in a Small Town USA.  To show that this village is real; Youtube Search  “OP Blacksheep @Camp Grayling”  You can see some of the actual buildings.

Anyway, I have an attached updated photos of the “Prison Camp” that was upgraded with new Buildings and Communications Tower; Military Tour Guide says “ATT Tower”  Yeah Right just happens to be right on the front gate of a Prison Training Facility.

I want to snail mail a memory stick with everything I have, Videos, Stills, Satellite over time to show upgrading the prison site has undertaken.  Bottom-line the govt is dumping million$ into this Camp Grayling, to include many-many new barracks buildings.  THIS IS WHERE those TROOPS are TRAINING THIS SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bob

There is no question that this odd collection of international troops training on US soil are UN troops regardless of what they call them. It is also highly suspicious that the foreign troop training is being held at a known FEMA Camp. Add in Obama’s most recent Executive Order that deals with UN troops subjugating US citizens is an interesting add-on.  Just how many coincidences do we accept before every reasonable person has to admit what is really going on?

There are other questions that need to be asked. Are these foreign troops here, at this time, to enforce martial law and prevent civil unrest from spreading when the election is cancelled. Are these troops here to engage in gun confiscation as per the UN Small Arms Treaty. Of course there are some that will point out that this is a multi-national military exercise preparing for World War III with Russia and China. At this time, I do not believe that this is the case. If this was really a World War III exercise, it would be held at a place like Fort Carson instead of at a known FEMA camp.  Camp Grayling.

Does anyone else feel the anticipation that the final showdown is drawing near?

  1. How can there be Russian troops in US if Russia is prepping for war with US?

  2. Rick. Thats a good question - im surprised it doesnt come up more. Ive wondered about this as well. Couple of thoughts:
1). If its under the UN then theoretically you arent representing your country at that point, but only representing the UN. that could be an answer. However
    2) for the last 4-5 years there have been just too many "regular people" who work at diners, resturants, gas stations etc who tell stories of seeing russian soldiers. Its tooany such stories to pass off as untrue. So where does that leave us?

Is the whole animosity between russia and the US a false front story? Are we really perhaps working WITH russia? ( i jave a hard time believing this but it cant be ruled out imo).

I dont have the answer. Perhaps its completely under the UN. that would be the easiest explanation. But also dont forget hillary and harry reid have assisted russia in obtaining uranium from US land so that involves certain levels of agreement w russia.

Its very confusing and hard to put it all together. Maybe caver has some ideas on this

    1. Does anybody else remember when Obama left the mic on and Putin and him had some words but it was secretive? I can't find the article anymore.

    2. Absolutely. Yet another strange twist in this whole saga

  3. Yikes...just saw this and haven't got time to address right now. Got to grab a shower and be at Church 20 miles away through rush hour in 70 minutes.

If I remember, will try addressing this evening after getting home from VBS.

  4. Hey guys,
I've seen the purported videos and pictures of military like vehicles, numbering in the thousands on trains out west. I had dismissed these as most likely domestic shipments of a product built here, and/or just a conspiracy theory about a rational occurrence. As far as the Russian troops, if they are here, imho, their presence, whether via NATO or Russia directly, they are Here. I'm really not studied on National Guard and UN activities in the United States, however, at a minimum, this documented presence of said groups and their cooperation is disturbing. Of course, only a right wing, religious fanatic, conspiracy theorist, would have such thoughts. Thank God I am one. (But there is no conspiracy in prophecy, just Truth. )
    Come, Lord Jesus!

  5. There is a lot of evidence of UN presence here- and I do believe a lot of the individuals who have filmed various groups here and there. There have also been some formal training exercises here for certain reasons that are given.

Whatever is happening, I believe will fully manifest relatively soon one way or the other...We'll see....Maybe
