There are a wide array of pertinent news stories today:
Predicting the imminent collapse of the U.S. dollar, a Russian lawmaker submitted a bill to his country’s parliament Wednesday that would ban the use or possession of the American currency.
Mikhail Degtyarev, the lawmaker who proposed the bill, compared the dollar to a Ponzi scheme. He warned that the government would have to bail out Russians holding the U.S. currency if it collapses.
“If the U.S. national debt continues to grow, the collapse of the dollar system will take place in 2017,” said Mr. Degtyarev, a member of the nationalist Liberal Democrat Party who lost in Moscow’s recent mayoral election.
“The countries that will suffer the most will be those that have failed to wean themselves off their dependence on the dollar in time. In light of this, the fact that confidence in the dollar is growing among Russian citizens is extremely dangerous.”

Palestinians fired two mortar shells at IDF soldiers who were patrolling along the border with the Gaza Strip on Thursday morning.
The IDF troops were in an area opposite the central Gaza Strip, near Khan Younis.
Hamas on Wednesday marked a year since Operation Pillar of Defense, a week-long war waged by Israel to curb rocket fire from the Palestinian-ruled coastal territory.
Photographs from the morning of October 30, several hours before Israel allegedly struck in Syria, reveal the presence of newly upgraded Russian anti-aircraft missiles and indicate that the US defense establishment, which hastily ordered the satellite photos from a civilian contractor, was given advance warning about the air strike.
Taken at 10 a.m., roughly nine hours before the strike, the photos show two possible targets: an upgraded and deployed battery of S-125 missiles and six very large trailers that could carry missiles. The photos were first published by intelligence analyst Ronen Solomon along with a co-authored accompanying article in Israel Defense magazine.
The S-125 battery, the photos revealed, had been upgraded to a point that it posed a serious threat to Israeli or US aircraft and could, like the US-made Patriot systems, destroy incoming cruise missiles.
The S-300, which has a range of over 200 kilometers and could threaten Israeli commercial aircraft as well as fighter planes, has been a central concern of Israel’s in the ever worsening war in Syria.
The IAEA director lifted just a corner of the veil concealing Iran’s clandestine nuclear activities. Not only had nothing changed, but contrary to suggestions put about of a slowdown, uranium enrichment continues apace at all levels, 3.5, 5, and 20 percent grade. And not one centrifuge has been dismantled. Centrifuge production has indeed been accelerated and the machines are being quickly installed at all the enrichment plants. The new centridfuges are not yet spinning, but they are standing ready to be switched on at any moment. Construction at Arak has also been put on fast forward.
The Iranian regime therefore stands poised ready for “a freeze” on its program for the sake of eased sanctions. But whether or not an understanding is concluded through dialogue, its entire nuclear weapons production machine is ready to go on full power at a moment’s notice.
Open season on Jews continues.
The latest reported example of black mob violence on Jews came last Sunday night in the Orthodox enclave of Crown Heights. A security video obtained by CrownHeights.info, shows a group of black people punching a young Jewish man in face.
The video is so compelling and the number of recent cases so great that some network affiliates are having a hard time ignoring it.
The last reporting on a rash of black on Jewish violence took place last summer when the New York Post ran a story headlined: "Anti-Jewish crime wave:"
This was one of several black mob attacks on -- and robberies of -- Jewish people in Brooklyn over the last three years -- leaving broken bones and life threatening injuries in their wake.
In February 2012, four black people beat and robbed an Orthodox Jew in the New York suburb of Monsey. They were charged with hate crimes after it was determined they targeted the victim based on his religion. ABC reports the suspects confessed "they were out to rob a Jew."
In the final days of October 2012, a man hurrying home to seek shelter from the hurricane was set upon -- on video -- by a group of five black people. The knocked him out, robbed him, and stepped on his head before walking away.
A few days later, the Crown Heights news reports:" A young Jewish boy was attacked this evening while on his way home. The victim, a 10 year old was returning home from Yeshivas Erev. At approximately 8:15pm he was accosted by a large group of black youths near the corner of Kingston Ave and Lefferts Ave."
While it is no secret that the so-called mainstream media habitually fails to report on the international phenomenon of Christian persecution, few are aware that they sometimes actively work to undermine the efforts of those who do expose it.
Consider a new report by the BBC titled "Are there really 100,000 new Christian martyrs every year?" by Ruth Alexander...
The BBC naturally picked this "numbers" question because it best serves to minimize the specter of Christian persecution, specifically by prompting the casual reader to conclude, "Oh, well, things are certainly nowhere near as bad as I thought for Christian minorities outside the West."
More importantly -- and here we reach BBC policy -- it serves to exonerate the chief persecutor of Christians: the Islamic world. As Alexander is quick to conclude, "[t]his means we can say right away that the internet rumours of Muslims being behind the killing of 100,000 Christian martyrs are nonsense."
Incidentally, since when do numbers matter to the supposedly "humanitarian-conscious" BBC and other "liberal" media? Would the BBC ever write a report dedicated to trying to show that the number of Palestinians killed in the conflict with Israel is actually 93% lower than widely believed?
Of course not. When it comes to the Arab-Israeli conflict, far from minimizing anything, the BBC regularly exaggerates to demonize Israel.
And therein lies the main lesson. The BBC is in the business not of reporting facts, but rather of creating smokescreens, building and knocking down straw men, and chasing red herrings. All this to further its narratives -- in this case, that "only" 7,000-8,000 Christians are killed annually for their faith, and theIslamic world is largely innocent. So what's all the fuss about?
"In fact attacks on churches happen a lot now. They are also targeting Christians," Hanna wrote. "Many of them are killed or kidnapped. When they are kidnapped they ask their families for ransom or they force them to convert to Islam. Women are often raped. The people that return from such events are traumatized. One of the men I know that came back from a kidnapping didn't speak a word since he came back. He is crying a lot. Nobody knows what happened to him."...Rebels allied with al-Qaeda have not been shy about imposing their harsh view of Islam on areas under their control. The town of Raqqa, CNN reported, formerly was one of Syria's most liberal cities before Islamist radicals took over. Now locals call it Tora Bora. After attacks by Assad's regime on the town, moderate rebels were pushed aside by foreign jihadist rebels from the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), a militant group with links to al-Qaeda. They started indoctrinating children with their extreme view of Islam. Edicts began springing up on the town walls -- No smoking. No cameras. Women could not walk alone or style or show their hair.A man called Adnan, whose name was changed for fear of his safety, was caught writing anti-ISIS graffiti and filming. The jihadists dragged him into a church they had torched and turned into an ISIS base."Every 15 minutes, someone poured water on me, electrocuted me, kicked me, then walked out," he told CNN, adding that the screams of other tortured prisoners was worse than his own pain."When a person is tortured in front of you, you feel responsible. That's the hardest. One guy still inside used to call me Dad as I taught him about democracy," Adnan said....Syria's top Catholic leader, Gregorios III Laham, the Melkite Greek Catholic patriarch of Antioch and all the East, estimates more than 450,000 of Syria's roughly 1.75-2 million Christians have fled their homes since 2011....Many new refugees from Muslim backgrounds are appearing at her church, she wrote. They say they have lost everything but in Jesus have found what is most important....
They have lost everything because Islam mandates death for those who leave Islam. At very least converts from Islam to Christianity are often shunned and ostracized.
You’re sorry? Really? Well, I guess that makes it all okay that you’ve destroyed the greatest and freest nation and her economy that the earth has ever seen. All forgiven – not. In the end, there will be plenty of tar and feathers to go around. Apology not accepted:
Huszar apologized for his role in QE in a Wall Street Journal op-ed published Monday.
“I can only say: I’m sorry, America,” he wrote. “The central bank continues to spin QE as a tool for helping Main Street. But I’ve come to recognize the program for what it really is: the greatest backdoor Wall Street bailout of all time.”
Huszar told “Fast Money” that the bond-buying program, which was supposed to increase credit availability to consumers and businesses, didn’t do so.
“There was actually a net decrease in mortgage lending,” he said. “In fact, until 2012 mortgage lending was at a 15-year low.”
So, instead you have further lined the pockets of the corrupt and shoved America into the greatest Depression she has ever known. One we will not recover from this time.
The Fed in its greed and corruption, decided to take the Weimar route. Drowning in debt, it revved up the printing presses and ‘digitized’ money. Now it can’t stop – big shocker there. If it does, we turn into Zimbabwe. That’s coming any way… there is no stopping it now, it is just a matter of when. Already, the Marxists are floating inflation excuses. As if we don’t already feel inflation at the store, at the pump, in the damned Obamacare enforced exchanges. There are no bread lines because of the Progressive food stamp program, which they are now curtailing. People are starving behind closed doors, which is okay with the elite as long as they don’t have to look at them or listen to them. What a bunch of evil, elitist money-changers. Remember, quantitative easing worked for the Weimar Republic too – briefly:
It is really easy to start printing money, but it is incredibly hard to stop. Like any addict, the Fed is promising that they can quit at any time, but this month they refused to even start tapering their money printing a little bit. The behavior of the Fed is so shameful that even CNBC is comparing it to a drug addict at this point…
America is now in a money printing death spiral and we are screwed. According to Graham Summers, the Fed has “crossed the Rubicon” and we are now “in the End Game”:
If tapering even $10-15 billion per month from $85 billion month QE programs would damage the economy, then we’re all up you know what creek without a paddle.Put it this way… here we are, five years after 2008, and the Fed is stating point blank that the economy would absolutely collapse if it spent any less than $85 billion per month. This admission has proven just how long ago we crossed the Rubicon. We’re already in the End Game. Period.
The is the Weimar two-step and somehow, sorry just doesn’t cut it. It will end in an American dark age, hunger, death and perhaps invasion by a foreign power. How do these Marxists sleep at night? Quite comfortably with our money, their power and protection by our enemies — foreign and domestic.

I love the use of sarcasm here Scott. Great point!
Also the lying that is used in the MSM media is so frustrating. The BBC minimizing the death of Christians to further their narrative is criminal. This ole world is as evil as in the Days of Noah. No doubt in my mind.
Perhaps today church! Keep looking up!
