Connecting The Dots

This may be the most significant and important post I have made since this blog started. The sad thing is, I feel uncomfortable (for a variety of reasons that are probably obvious) saying too much - therefore I am just posting the headlines without any commentary or quotes. Fortunately, most of the folks who stop by this little spot in the universe are pretty smart and I believe highly capable of connecting the dots and seeing where we are now - not only as a society, not only as Americans - but more importantly where we are on the prophetic time clock.

Just a few brief, general observations:

1. The mainstream media, for whatever reasons is clamping down more than ever and we are not seeing the realities of what is really happening in the world. The lies and distortions are at epic levels now. This includes some of the 'conservative' outlets that some believe can be trusted. We have to seek our news elsewhere and use the discernment of the Holy Spirit.

2. The so-called "conspiracy people" are labelled as such in order to silence them. If you look closely, many of these sites and news sources which have been labeled as such -  have been right all along (obviously not all 'conspiracy' news sites, but the ones we follow). Ideas that are dismissed by the main-stream-media and their followers are rapidly becoming reality, as evidenced by the news below. FEMA camps are here with all of the draconian measures that have been feared - they are officially here and in working practice. So many 'mainstream' denied this reality. Well, this process is now officially here to stay. Chalk another one up for the "conspiracy' news - they were right. We are seeing the early stages of what is to come.

3. This election was highly questionable, and I'll leave it at that. Just look at some of the links and decide for yourself.

4. Many of the things we have feared for years - are actually happening now. I'll leave it at that.

5. This is the most important and significant point:  I believe prophetically, we have just hit the "light speed" period, and I believe this era will be very brief as we approach 1 Thessalonians 4:16. Very brief. We have been standing on the edge of a cliff prophetically, and at this point I believe we have been pushed off the edge of the cliff and are in "free-fall" prophetically. Because of recent events, things will be happening very rapidly now - that isn't me speaking - it is the news screaming at us to wake up and realize just how far along the prophetic path that we are.

With the 'birth pangs' vision of labor and delivery that Jesus gave, we are in the very last minutes of the birthing process.

6. Brace yourselves and prepare. Prepare mentally, physically and more importantly, spiritually for what is to come. The globalist plans which have arguably been in place for almost a century are coming to a close and this will lead directly into the Tribulation. I don't think we have long but the question remains how much will we see and experience on this side of the gathering up.

Connect the dots:

It has finally come. We're almost there. There can be no denying it now.

Maranatha has never seemed so real.

  1. My sentiments exactly Scott. I didn't think I would ever see in print what you said.....and said so well.

Most of us KNOW in our gut something was wrong with this election....wrong at its core.

We also suspected Obama had something up his sleeve, he was just too smug the last 6 months as he alienated voting block after voting block.

Our country is gone, but then again so is the end of the beginning of the Trib Lead In times. Its on fast forward now...hold on. There's nothing blocking the path now....so, like you, am going to start watching what I say and how I say it.

  4. Excellent post, Scott . . .one of your best, in fact. And not just because it all boils down to GOOD news, even while sounding ominous . . .but it's becoming much easier to connect the dots in recent months.

People's eyes are slowly being opened.

I'm struggling with something I hope you, my brothers and sisters could help me work through.

I belong to a church I largely view as a "mission" church. It's non-denominational and appeals largely to the "unchurched". In September, over a two week period, 500 people were baptized. Outreach Magazine says its in the top ten of the fastest growing churches in America. I belong to several outside Bible Study groups, so I don't mind the fact it's a great place to bring people to the Cross, but there's not a lot of growing for those saved.

I was driving down the road on Wednesday, thinking about the election results the night before . . .and I suddenly felt God was telling me to leave this church. I was suddenly struck by the fact that not once . . .not even a single time, did our pastor or anyone associated with the church, bring up the election or what was happening in America. And I know, deep down, the average person my church appeals to . . .is an Obama supporter.

Is this irrational? Could I just be so heartbroken over the outcome, I'm imagining God is leading me away when in reality, its still the mission of saving souls that's most important?

I'm praying about it, but I just don't feel I'm seeing the answer :(

I praise God for you Scott as the body wakes up to the reality of the appointed time we are in.

For the Five Wise Virgins :)

Trimmed their lamps - making her ready for the Bridegroom.

    Five devotional distinctives.

    1) Courageous as Joshua.

    2) Faith as Rahab.

    3) Strength as David.

    4) Fearless as Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego

    5) Wisdom as Daniel.

    The Five smooth stones.

I know *this is a Hollywood depiction but it reminded me of what the Lord showed me in July last year and the FIVE SMOOTH stones for the body of Christ.

    1) Zechariah 4:6
Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

    2) Revelation 12:11

And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb,

    3) and by the word of their testimony;

    4) and they loved not their lives unto the death.

    Revelation 12:10-12

    5) So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

    Being given space to repent.
And the door was closed shut.
These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.
For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
Many will be OFFENDED and BETRAY one another.
The Lord pulled me back to this verse in Ezekiel this morning and led me to another understanding in scripture I never saw before
Eze 16: 21- 49 — Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.
    1) Pride.
    2) Gluttony.
    3) Idleness.
    4) No strengthening the needy/ poor.
    5) Built high places.
    6) Whoredoms by false worship
    7) Idolatry.
To name but a few of the sins God saw that caused Him to rain down fiery jugement on Sodom and Gomorrah.
    We are so there
God reminded me of this verse and the spirit that rules in the hearts of men in these end times
    1) Lust of the FLESH.
    2) Lust of the EYES.
    3) PRIDE of life.
1Jo 2:16 — For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
But ” Lord, Lord did we not….”
Only those DOING the WILL of God. ( No wanna b’s in the Kingdom of God )
1Jo 2:17 — And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
End time antichrist spirit- seducing with the LUST of the flesh.
1Jo 2:18 — Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.
Those outside of the ark – The ” great apostasy” in these end times as we watch in horror those that ” CONTINUED NOT ” but went out from us
Food, Fun and Frolicking just “hanging loose” outside the ark
1Jo 2:19 — They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.
The sin’s , the character of those that ” went out ”
    1) Cowards.
    2) Unbelieving.
    3) Abominable.
    4) Whoremonger.
    5) Sorcerers.
    6) Idolatry.
    7) ALL Liars.
Rev 21:8 — But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:which is the second death.
None of these will enter to DEFILE- the ” great and high mountain, and shewed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God”
Rev 21:27 — And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
    God have mercy!

  7. Hi Robin~

I am not sure if my words will be helpful but I hope it will enlighten you a bit. :)

I guess the best thing we can use to tell after you have prayed is of course the prompting of the HS. Do you have peace about your decision to leave? If you have it, most likely that is a good indicator. Do you see common messages coming from different people who you didn't know?

Before doing something drastic, we want to make sure that we are not being hard on the church if they are failing to meet our expectations. I don't mean staying somewhere that you are not happy, but more importantly there seems to be a common fighting in churches today because their input get's denied and then they get mad, gossip and leave due to hurt feelings. The truth as you know is to follow them and support them so we can also stay in the light. God has an assignment for us all and his will be done is a hard one for us sometimes.

God wants us interacting in the body of Christ for so many reasons. Going to church shows a self discipline and respect for the authority of God and his word. It also allows us to be there to help someone else who may have needed something that day that God can use us as a vessel to help give them the message. It can be something as timely as running into them in the vestibule before entering the church itself. We just never know. :)

Then the overwhelming power of prayer and just to be there among the total power of the Holy Spirit is simply amazing. Sure there are days we don't feel like going or feel this feeling I am describing, but more times than not, I have always come away with a message just as I needed. Some new insight I never even considered.

So, I guess I just want to offer to you to be sure that it is not the evil one enticing you to leave and pull away from the Lord in these last days. More than ever we need to be connected to the body of Christ in fellowship. The messages we receive in the setting can be the very things that help us survive while we wait to go home :)

    God Bless!!

  8. Scott, another excellent post today. I believe with Obama's re-election, we are that much closer to going home. That's why I'm at peace with the results. A Romney win would only have delayed the inevitable outcome. As for the MSM, the biggest game changer will be the Rapture. I would love to see how they try to spin that off. It almost makes me fell sorry we won't be around to see it. Robin, I remember leaving the church I grew up in after almost 35 years. It was just a constant case of conflict and turmoil. So I told the Lord I wanted to leave; but if He wants me to stay, he would have to let me know. It seemed like the harder I prayed, the worse things got; and I felt that was His way of telling me to get out of there. I don't know if this helps you or not. So I would say keep praying about it and listen to the discernment of the HS; and He will guide you on the right path.

  9. Thank you, GG and Dutch . . .yes, I agree with you, leaving ALL church would be worse . . .but maybe looking for another church to replace it? Did your church mention the election in any way? I mean, I'd have been satisfied with a simple "God bless America". But absolutely nothing. I felt this way after Obama called for Israel to return to '67 borders in May 2011. I was flabbergasted that this wasn't at least brought up, if nothing else, in prayer. There's so little time left, and while being "ready" isn't a prerequisite for being included in the Rapture . . .there are many sitting on the fence, choosing to wait until their retirement years to turn their focus to the Heavenlies . . .

  10. Hi Robin-

Our church does really well focusing on what we should be doing as disciples and not relying on man or our own understanding. They have a great way of always reminding us that we are soooo close but here are the things (whatever topic or series it may be) we are to redirect our focus to and more importantly get right with the Lord. Always recognizing our sins, asking for forgiveness in him or others, and striving to not fall back on those habits that may be blocking our blessings.

We may be forgiven of the offense but the consequences to those actions still must play out in our lives. It helps raise awareness to constant self destruction and to see the benefit of following Gods way vs our selfish sinful ways hourly and daily :). Father does know best. Stay with your church while testing out another if needed. Talk to the Pastor and see if that helps too. Their prayerful insights they receive may make better sense in the long run with some healthy, loving, heartfelt chats.

    God Bless!!

  11. One of the churches i attend devoted a whole evening service to prayer for the nation, the election, repentance and for prolife, pro traditional marriage and proisrael candidates

  12. Robin i have this to say, if you're not growing and you're not happy there then you must leave before you become sour towards that church. perhaps God has a purpose for that church but a different purpose for you and if you stay you risk becoming angry and that can lead to gossiping against a church that God has in place for a reason. id just quietly and graciously leave...that's my 2 cents

The event we have just witnessed was far more than a general election – it was a referendum on the soul of America. We grieve today like we have lost a friend or a close relative. Millions of Americans looked evil in the eye and adopted it. Some Christian observers called the Democratic Party platform for 2012 a “Romans 1 Platform,” and they were right. Abortion, same-sex marriage and immorality carried the day.

  15. Hi Robin! Here are my few thoughts and 2 cents. My guess is that what you're describing happened at 90% of churches here in America before this election. Especially the denominational churches. Yet another sign of the times. Also, another way to look at your situation is that perhaps you are there in THAT church at THIS time for a specific reason. God may want you to raise their awareness of the times in which we live. As someone else mentioned, maybe u should talk to your pastor. Just a thought! Best wishes to you as you sort this all out!

  16. Dear Robin,
Our church only mentioned it after the sermon before the final prayer. Our Teaching Pastor reminded us that Jesus sits on a throne and that it is NOT empty and that HE is not running for election. He asked us to remember that in the coming week.( Our citizenship really is in Heaven)
It was helpful but I missed the praying about all this too. Politics in church though is a problem for other reasons so I understand staying away from the many divisions that come in with those viewpoints.
I think if the Lord told you to leave then ask Him for confirmation. Tell Him you want only to please Him and to guard you from deception. My experience in this is that the Lord really comes through with answering this kind of prayer.
He loves you and so do we.
    Blessings,
    KR

  17. Mine also just mentioned it at the beginning of the service. He said God does the appointing, and all we need to do is be obedient and vote. I think we all knew how it would turn out and it did. I'll say this for sure. God isn't surprised by any election result. That's exactly what he intended to do is keep the status quo
