  2. Sue, Could you be more specific in terms of your criticisms of "comments" on the blog? I think some of the language was strong and unwarranted to be honest.

If we are strong in our faith, can't we withstand comments that we disagree with?

There are many disagreements among fellow Christians and many doctrinal differences - personally I like to see robust discussions where these things are dissected.

Why do you believe comments should be categorically deleted>

Having said that, I will review comments today (only) for a variety of reasons.

Everyone feel free to comment and I'll take a look at all of them later this afternoon - so if you (not Sue, anyone) comment it will appear later today.

    Thanks for your patience.

  3. Brother Scott, I am home from work today so I got to come to the site before 6PM. I am kind of new to this site so I don't know who everyone is, but I want you to know that I am praying for you today, for discernment, for patience, and know that you are greatly appreciated and loved. Be encouraged my friend.

  4. I must have missed something. . .sorry, I took an internet break for a few days so I could focus on a Bible Study.

I was hoping to get everyone's thoughts on Obama's blatant power grab today . . .special powers to consolidate agencies and cut spending LOL

  5. Just came across this story . . .looks like Iran in working overtime in an effort to engage the US in war. Apparently, there have been some skirmishes in recent days in the Straits of Hormuz. Media's just getting around to telling us about them:

  6. Mary,
Thanks so much for the kind words, they are greatly appreciated.

In fact, you (or perhaps it was another Mary) you posted a comment the other day that I really needed to read, and it meant a lot to me at the time. I just wanted you to know that. Thanks so much. I'll try to go back and find it so you'll know what I am referencing.

Robin - I'll check out the link..The 'power grabs' are unbelievable aren't they? And there have been quite a few examples recently.

Sue, if you are reading, I really don't understand what you are getting at, and I also don't understand exactly what you want me to do. I am reading all of your comments and lets continue to communicate this way.

Can you tell me specifically what you believe I should do?

do you believe I should categorically prevent certain people from posting?

Review all comments before they are posted (which I am now doing)?

IS there anything else (specifically) - ?

  7. Wow-gone for a week, not by choice, but I apparently missed something too so just remember WALK IN LOVE! The really important things is Jesus died for our sins, rose again on the 3rd day and is seated at the right hand of the Father. And the Power is in the BLOOD! Other than that....what is so important that we have to fight? I think we can agree on all the above. Poor Jesus, what a group of slow dummies we must all be to him (not on this blog specifically but in general)
