If it's "civil" it can't be a "right", therefore the courts correctly ruled in Nickell v. Rosenfield (1927), [82 Cal.App. 369, 375; 255 P. 760] that "a 'civil right' is a right given and protected by law, and a person's enjoyment thereof is regulated entirely by the law that creates it."

Rights are an unalienable endowment by our Creator that men are born with -that cannot be conditioned by government.

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda v. Arizona, 384 U.S. 436 (1966)

"The state cannot diminish the Rights of the People". Hurtado v. California, 110 U.S. 516.

"The claim and exercise of a constitutional right cannot thus be converted into a crime." Miller v U.S., 230 F 2d 486, 489

Just thot I'd throw that into the mix for consideration... - not that any of these clowns particularly care for our constitution, which is probably why Thomas Jefferson said "Fear the government that fears your guns"...
;)DrNofoghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00776844238120339240noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3432851080052468710.post-29712018449425685682010-11-15T08:22:52.677-05:002010-11-15T08:22:52.677-05:00"It isn't too early to begin praying - pr..."It isn't too early to begin praying - praying for those who will come to Christ during the Tribulation - those who will have to endure the Tribulation under the most unbearable conditions imaginable.
