Stephe...I don't understand the whole pope deal. Stephen, what's your thoughts about Mr. Francis, and the AC? I feel sure the AC is on the scene and somewhere in waiting. I thought his age was quite high seeing as the last pope aged out. I was expecting someone alot younger. Who knows, maybe there is a coralation between the AC and the Vatican. I don't think the bride will be here when the AC is revealed, but maybe we will find out in heavenDavidnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3432851080052468710.post-29609945098655907342013-03-16T19:35:52.215-04:002013-03-16T19:35:52.215-04:00It all fits. But as I have said before - I'd rather cast a wide net than a shallow one.

I also haven't said this for a while - but just because I post a link doesn't mean that I endorse the author or agree with everything they say or do. However, I can honestly say, the two Jesuit priests who conducted my one on one catechism classes during my teen years were two of the most sincere, humble people I can honestly say I've ever known.

But here's my biggest problem with what she has to say, and frankly, negates everything else that may or may not be true.

In her own words:

Next, he is an "ecu-maniac", which is to say that he is in the "all religions are equal and can't we all just get along" camp. In Buenos Aires he knelt before and received the "blessing" of a Superfun Rockband Church "pastor", and even received "communion" from a Protestant. There are pictures floating around of that episode. This is terrifying. He clearly does not have a strong belief in or understanding of Our Lord, His Church, the Mass or the Real Presence of Our Lord in the Eucharist. But, as I have stated repeatedly, almost none of the men ordained in the 1960s, 70s or 80s do.

Next, he's a Jesuit. Now, I must disclose that I have a deep personal, seething, visceral hatred of Jesuits, but my hatred of them is a corollary to the fact that they long ago descended into truly evil heresies and apostasy. Jesuits, in addition to being a cult of sodomites who hate God, are also … wait for it … Marxists. Now Francis has in the past put up some token resistance to so-called "Liberation theology", which is just Communist Totalitarianism in religious drag, but he is huge, huge, huge on "social justice", which is merely code for Marxism. This guy's worldview revolves around giving people free stuff because it's nice, which as we have discussed is contrary to logic and reason, specifically in the subset of mathematics, and thus is contrary to Our Lord who is FIRST the Logos, with the Divine Caritas (charity) proceeding out of the Logos. Bottom line, there will be zero positive assistance to the world from Francis with regards to the inevitable economic collapse. Not only will there be nothing helpful coming from him, he will almost certainly come out in favor of more debt, more "free stuff", and more rhetoric about how people are "entitled" to physical and service commodities (which are someone else's man-hours, remember) as "rights".

She defines "ecu-maniac" as one who reaches out to Christians outside the Catholic Church. :""blessing" of a Superfun Rockband Church "pastor" as though Pastors from non-denominational churches aren't worthy to bless a Catholic . . .or this: "and even received "communion" from a Protestant". As if a Protestant isn't worthy to even wipe his shoes, let alone offer communion to a Catholic.

But that she has a "deep personal, seething, visceral hatred of Jesuits" tells me, she lacks even a basic understanding of Grace and the work of Jesus on the cross. He was all about love and everything He did, He did out of love for us All, not just Catholics, as she obviously believes.

I turned from The Church in 2008, or maybe they turned from me . . .but that void was what the Holy Spirit used to draw me to true Salvation.

Only time will tell if this Pope's willingness to reach out to Christians of other faith traditions, and his history of helping the poor are genuine or a deceptive plot to gain the trust of the world . . .but let's all pray that God's will be carried out and His plan in control. We don't need Malachi's prophetic words to tell us what time it is. It is nice to know that we don't need to be politically correct, but rather speak the truth (as we see it; influenced and colored by our reading of Scripture) in love.

Read the blog by Ann Barnhardt in its entirety. Interesting POV from an apparently born-again practicing Catholic. She articulates the connection between the Jesuits and marxism/socialism very well.

Will this pope guide the post-rapture Catholic church during the Tribulation? Time will tell. The post-rapture Catholic church very well could be "the woman who rides the Beast" of Revelation Ch. 17. From what I've read from scripture and different commentators, the false prophet arises from the earth or land (Rev. 13:11-12), emblematic of Israel.

The take home point of all this Malachy prophecy business (which is the basis of the speculation about the new pope), is that - If people are curious and seeking the Lord because they think that we might be on the last pope, then praise be to God! God used the 2008 U.S. presidential election to get my attention about the truth of Bible Prophecy and I know God is using the election of Pope Francis to do the same for others. Time is much shorter than it was 5 years ago. God has allowed the world a new Pope (who might be the last?), and Easter is just around the corner too. Great openings to have conversations about HIM.Susannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3432851080052468710.post-36204749676830354452013-03-16T11:44:33.926-04:002013-03-16T11:44:33.926-04:00Perhaps today! :)
