Rare Quake Felt Along Mid-Atlantic Region; 4.1 Strikes Delaware

Delaware earthquake: Mid-atlantic quake felt across multiple states

A preliminary magnitude-4.1 earthquake struck Thursday afternoon near Dover, the US Geological Survey reported.
The earthquake was about 6 miles east-northeast of Dover and was registered at a depth of 5 miles.
“We definitely felt it here,” said Master Cpl. Gary Fournier of Delaware State Police. “We have not received any reports of damage at this time. (My) house shook and you could hear thing rattle. It sounded like a train and lasted about a second.”
Roland Balik, a spokesman for the 436th Airlift Wing at Dover Air Force Base, said he did not feel it but said people on base were talking about it.
The quake’s epicenter was about 50 miles from Philadelphia, 90 miles from Washington and 125 miles from New York City.
According to a map from the USGS, the quake was felt in North Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Connecticut.

A 4.4 magnitude earthquake shook the east coast of the U.S. on Thursday, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage to buildings.

The quake, which hit at 4:45 p.m. ET was centered about 6 miles east-northeast of Dover, Delaware. It was felt across Maryland, The Baltimore Sun reported.
"There are no reports of damage or injuries at this time," the Delaware Emergency Management Agency (DEMA) tweeted. "Anyone sustaining serious damage of an emergency nature to a building or home should call their local 911 center to report it."
"Do not call 911 to inquire if an earthquake occurred as it is important to keep the phone lines open for emergencies," the agency wrote.
The quake jolted downtown Dover, sending lawmakers and workers in the statehouse outdoors to see what happened. Police and emergency officials did not have any immediate reports of damage or injuries.
The Maryland Emergency Management Office said the earthquake was felt by many in the state neighboring Delaware to the west. The agency tweeted that people should "drop, cover and hold on if you feel the earth move."
Paul Caruso, a geophysicist with the USGS's earthquake information center in Colorado, said the quake was widely felt around the Mid-Atlantic region. Caruso said he didn't expect any significant damage, given the small size of the quake.

A rare earthquake jolted the Philadelphia region on Thursday evening, but there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.

The U.S. Geological Survey says the 4.1 magnitude quake struck just after 4:45 p.m., and was centered about 6 miles (10 kilometers) east-northeast of Dover, Delaware.

People from as far away as Washington and New York City reported that they felt the movement.

Sgt. Rene Carberry, a spokeswoman at Dover Air Force Base, told the Associated Press that people on the military installation felt it; some went outside to see if something had fallen down.

Carberry, who is from the West Coast, said she told co-workers, "I'm pretty sure this is an earthquake."

She said there were no signs of damage at the base, and no change was expected in its operations.

Mortar Barrage Fired At IDF On Gaza Border, Israel Responds With Fresh Gaza Airstrikes

Mortar barrage fired at IDF on Gaza border, in retaliation for destroyed tunnel

Twelve mortar shells were fired from the Gaza Strip at nearby Israeli troops, and in response Israeli tanks and aircraft targeted two Hamas and two Palestinian Islamic Jihad positions in northern Gaza on Thursday afternoon, the army said.
There were no Israeli injuries reported and minimal damage caused to military equipment at the army post that was targeted by the mortar barrage, according to the Israel Defense Forces.
The exchange came exactly one month after Israeli forces destroyed a cross-borner attack tunnel belonging to the Palestinian Islamic Jihad group, in which at least 14 terrorists were killed, including two of the terrorist organization’s top commanders.
IDF spokesperson Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus said the mortar barrage appeared to be retaliation for the demolition of the tunnel, which stretched from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory, near Kibbutz Kissufim.
The Palestinian Islamic Jihad had vowed it would avenge its operatives killed in the Israeli demolition.
Thursday’s attack came as rocket sirens sounded in the Israeli town of Sderot and other communities surrounding the Gaza Strip, though no missiles actually struck the Sha’ar HaNegev region.
“During the past hour, and parallel to the false alarm in Sha’ar HaNegev, a number of mortar rounds were fired at a military post adjacent to the northern Gaza Strip,” the IDF said in a statement.
Twelve mortar shells were fired at the army post, northeast of the coastal enclave, Conricus told reporters.
As they were fired at a very short range, the Iron Dome air defense battery was not activated, the spokesperson said.
In response to the mortar fire, Israeli tanks and aircraft fired on Hamas and Islamic Jihad positions.
The army spokesperson said the attack was carried out by the Islamic Jihad terror group. “We know who conducted the attack, we even know them by name,” Conricus said.

The Israeli Air Force on Monday afternoon conducted fresh strikes on two Palestinian Islamic Jihad positions in the central Gaza Strip, in response to a mortar attack by the terror group against an IDF post earlier in the day, the army said.
According to the Gaza Health Ministry, three Gazans were lightly wounded in the Israeli bombing.

The additional airstrikes came even as the Israel Defense Forces said it was not looking to escalate the security situation in the Gaza and would only conduct further attacks in response to aggression by the terror group.
At approximately 2 p.m., operatives from the Palestinian Islamic Jihad launched 12 mortar shells at an Israeli military post northeast of the Gaza Strip. The attack appeared to be retaliation for the army demolishing the group’s attack tunnel, which stretched from the Gaza Strip into Israeli territory, exactly a month ago, according to IDF spokesperson Lt. Col. Jonathan Conricus.
The army said no soldiers were injured in the barrage, but some light damage was caused to equipment.
A short while later, the army retaliated with tank fire and airstrikes that targeted two Palestinian Islamic Jihad and two Hamas positions in the northern Strip.
Before the second round of strikes, Conricus said “it was too early to say” if the army would carry out additional attacks in Gaza, but that it would depend on “actions taken by the Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.”
The spokesperson added, “we are not looking to escalate the situation or initiate hostilities.”
There were no reports of further violence from Gaza after the initial Israeli retaliatory strikes.
It was not clear if the mortar barrage comprised the Palestinian Islamic Jihad’s entire revenge strategy or if more attacks were to come from the group. The army said it was prepared to counter additional attempts by the group to commit terror acts against Israeli troops and citizens.

Things To Come: Smart Cities Of The Future

Smart Cities Of The Future Will Be Like Nazi Germany On Steroids

Making our cities smarter and smarter may pacify our enemies—the dynastic elites and other “globalist thugs,” that endorse Agenda 21 and the New Urban Agenda--but what will we do when those same cities disintegrate into no-go zones?

When you read this week’s headlines about problems in “progressive” cities like Portland, you may want to head for the hills rather than live in one.

A Fox News article headlined “Trouble in Portlandia” details the death threats, homelessness and rampant crime that is driving companies and families away from making a home in this oh-so-progressive city.

At the same time, world leaders have adopted the New Urban Agenda to show us how a “fundamentally transformed” world should look. And, surprise--the agenda promotes building Smart Cities just as liberal and progressive as downtown Portland.

Its message is, “Run—don’t’ walk—to join our utopian communities!”

But looking closely at the Agenda’s major goals, we can guess just how utopian these cities will be. While supporters promise they will be “centers of cultural and social well-being,” the ultimate outcome will be the end of free enterprise and capitalism, moving us closer to a one-world economic paradigm.

In other words, people will live as one big, bland homogeneous society with a single-minded purpose that parallels that of Babel—to build a worldwide order without God. And God’s response may be as drastic as the one he gave to Babylon’s Tower builders.

The danger is that liveability gives way to a Big Brother-type society where secrecy and paranoia abound, as in George Orwell’s book “1984”. Emerging technology could provide a way to punish individualism and independent thinking as "thoughtcrimes".

Due to the widespread use of sensors and videos, data collection will abound in the cyber cities, according to an article on the U.S. Patriot website. It cites research from innovative centers like the Qualcomm Institute where “we can look at future cities and imagine a world where cars and buildings are alive and function like a nervous system.”

“In these cities, you’ll see billions of sensors throughout all walls, frames, floors, and doors which track all forms of movement, and monitor every aspect of life,” the site reports.

A Wall Street Journal article points out that in theory, most cities have policies designed to safeguard citizen privacy, preventing the release of information that might identify any one person. But the reality is different, as WSJ writer Michael Totty points out.

“Even when publicly available data is stripped of personally identifiable information, tech-savvy users can combine it with other data to figure out an awful lot of information about an individual,” he explained. “New technology is forcing cities to confront questions about privacy risks that they haven’t considered before.”

Hezbollah has emerged as a big winner in the turmoil that has swept the Arab world since the uprisings of 2011 that toppled governments in several countries. It has fought in Syria and Iraq, trained other groups in those countries and inspired other forces such as Iran-allied Houthis waging a war in Yemen.

But its growing strength has contributed to a sharp rise in regional tension, alarming Israel, the United States - which designates it as a terrorist organization - and Sunni Muslim monarchy Saudi Arabia, Iran’s regional rival, which accuses Hezbollah of having a military role on its doorstep in Yemen.

Israel fears Iran and Hezbollah will keep permanent garrisons in Syria and has called for action against “Iranian aggression”. With Hezbollah stronger than ever, war with Israel is seen by many in the region as inevitable, sooner or later.

“Hezbollah has gained from the experience of working with armies and managing numerous weapons systems simultaneously - air power, armored vehicles, intelligence, and drones: all specialties of conventional armies,” said a commander in a regional alliance fighting in Syria.

“Hezbollah is now a dynamic army, bringing together guerrilla and conventional warfare.”
Hezbollah’s elevated status among Iran’s regional allies was clear at the funeral this month of Hassan Soleimani, father of Major General Qassem Soleimani who wrote the letter praising Hezbollah’s role fighting IS in Syria and Iraq.
Hezbollah was set up by the powerful Iranian Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) to fight Israeli forces that invaded Lebanon in 1982 and to export Iran’s Shi‘ite Islamist revolution.

It has come a long way from the Bekaa Valley camps where its fighters first trained. Its fighters spearheaded the November attack on Albu Kamal, a town near Syria’s border with Iraq, which ended IS resistance in its last urban stronghold in the country.

Hezbollah is meanwhile expanding its conventional arsenal in Lebanon, where it is part of the government, including buying advanced rocket and missile technology, in “a broadening of the threat to the Eastern Mediterranean and the Arabian Peninsula”, Nick Rasmussen, the director of the U.S. National Counterterrorism Center, said in October.

Despite newly imposed U.S. sanctions, Hezbollah sounds confident. With IS now defeated in Iraq, Nasrallah has indicated Hezbollah could withdraw its men from that front, saying they would “return to join any other theater where they are needed”.
He says his group will continue to operate wherever it sees fit, repeatedly declaring: “We will be where we need to be.”

N Korea Might Be Able To Destroy Electrical Grid In The U.S., Senator Graham Warns: U.S. 'Headed To War If Things Don't Change'

North Korea might be able to knock out electric power to millions of Americans

North Korea’s launch Wednesday (Tuesday in the U.S.) of an intercontinental ballistic missile should focus our attention on the threat of the rogue nation launching an electromagnetic pulse attack that could wipe out the electric power grid serving millions of people in the U.S. and Canada.
Such an attack has been downplayed by some and made the subject of fear-mongering by others over the years. But while it sounds like the plot of a science fiction movie, an electromagnetic pulse attack has become a larger issue in the past few months due to North Korea’s missile tests and stated goal of developing the capability to mount such a devastating strike.
An electromagnetic pulse is a side effect of an atmospheric nuclear detonation that could potentially damage or destroy all electrical devices and the electric grid within the line of sight of the blast. The higher the explosion, the wider the effect. A North Korean missile carrying a nuclear weapon exploding over the U.S. could cause an electromagnetic pulse.
The result of an electromagnetic pulse wouldn’t just mean no iPhones for a few hours. If enough electric power transformer stations are affected, it would mean no power to millions of people for weeks or even many months. Such an attack on a densely populated area like New York City or Los Angeles would dwarf the power shortages in Puerto Rico caused when Hurricanes Irma and Maria struck in September.
It all starts to sound very post-apocalyptic when you realize this means no lights or other electric-powered devices in homes and businesses, no water filtration, no regional food hubs, no transportation grid – none of the things we take for granted in modern civilization.
For awhile, the concerns that North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un would launch an electromagnetic pulse attack were mostly tangential and hypothetical. There weren’t that many signs the North was planning such a strike. That changed in September, when Kim’s regime launched its sixth and most powerful nuclear test to date.

But most reporters missed a key threat that appeared at the bottom of Kim’s public statement, when he bragged that North Korea had harnessed “a multi-functional thermonuclear nuke with great destructive power which can be detonated at high altitudes for super-powerful EMP (electromagnetic pulse) attack according to strategic goals.”
So now we know. Launching an electromagnetic pulse attacks against its enemies is one of North Korea’s strategic goals. And for North Korea, the United States is the top enemy.

Following yesterday's missile launch from North Korea, Senator Lindsey Graham joined CNN's Wolf Blitzer to warn that the U.S. is "headed to war" with the "crazy man" in North Korea "if things don't change."  Here are some excerpts from the interview via RT:

The US will go to war with North Korea "if things don't change," Sen. Lindsay Graham said, acknowledging that "a lot of people would get hurt and killed." Meanwhile, Russia and China have once again urged for both sides to exercise restraint and dialogue.

"If we have to go to war to stop this, we will," the Republican senator told CNN's Wolf Blitzer on Tuesday. "If there's a war with North Korea, it will be because North Korea brought it on itself, and we're headed to a war if things don't change."

Graham stated that neither he nor US President Donald Trump wants a war, but stressed that "we're not going to let this crazy man in North Korea have the capability to hit the homeland."

When asked by Blitzer about civilian casualties that would occur in a war with North Korea, including in the densely populated South Korean capital of Seoul, Graham said: "It's not lost by me what a war would look like with North Korea. One, we would win it, but a lot of people would get hurt and killed..."

However, he stressed that "the president's got to pick between homeland security and regional stability." He noted that when it comes to that decision, "the president is picking America over the region and I hope the region will help us find a diplomatic solution."

"He is ready, if necessary, to destroy this regime to protect America, and I hope the regime understands that if President Trump has to pick between destroying the North Korean regime and the American homeland, he's going to destroy the regime. I hope China understands that also," Graham said.

The U.S. Deciding 'How And When' To Move Embassy To Jerusalem, Evangelical Leaders Pressure President To Fulfill Campaign Promise

VP Pence: Trump Deciding "How and When" to Move US Embassy to Jerusalem

The United States is actively considering “when and how” to move its embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, Vice President Mike Pence said Tuesday at an event hosted by the Israeli mission to the United Nations in New York to commemorate 70 years since UN Resolution 181, the partition vote that paved the way for the creation of the State of Israel.
“As we speak, the president is looking into how and when to move the Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. The Congress and the administration have both expressed their will to move the embassy,” Pence said at the Queens Museum which served as UN headquarters in 1947 when the original vote took place.

“President  [Donald] Trump is also committed to finally bring peace to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,” Pence continued. “As President Trump has said, ‘we want Israel to have peace,’ and in recent months, we have made valuable progress toward that noble goal. And while compromise will be necessary, you can rest assured – President Trump will never compromise the safety and security of the Jewish state of Israel. President Trump has made clear that under this administration, America once again stands with our allies and stands up to our enemies.”

Prominent evangelical leaders sent a letter this week to President Trump urging him to fulfill his campaign promise to move the United States Embassy from Tel Aviv to Israel's capital, Jerusalem. A majority in Congress passed The Jerusalem Embassy Act of 1995 to move the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem. However, it included a security waiver, which every president has so far used to delay the move, citing possible impacts on peace talks between the Israelis and Palestinians. The next deadline for the waiver is Dec. 1, 2017.

This week's communication reminded the White House of a previous letter signed in May by 60 major Christian leaders, representing 60 million evangelicals, which asked the president not to sign the waiver and to move the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem. The letters were organized by American Christian Leaders for Israel (ACLI), an informal network of Christian leaders managed by the U.S. Branch of the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem. They agree with the recent urging from the U.S. Congress' House Subcommittee on National Security that the time to move the U.S. Embassy is now during Jerusalem's 50th anniversary year as a reunified city.

Susan Michael, U.S. director-ICEJ, commented, "The Trump presidency has opened a door of opportunity in the Middle East, but we cannot assume it will stay open for long and must act now." Ms. Michael went on to say, "This issue is important to Christian leaders, many of whom are in favor of continued Israeli sovereignty over all of Jerusalem, including our revered sites in the eastern part of the city. Only a free and democratic Israel will protect Jerusalem for all peoples of faith."
Both lawmakers and American Christian Leaders for Israel have urged President Trump not to sign the waiver on Dec. 1, thus allowing the 1995 Jerusalem Embassy Act to finally be implemented. In doing so, President Trump would reverse a long-standing injustice since Israel is currently our only ally where the U.S. Embassy is not located in its capital.

The letter reads:
Dear President Trump,
We first want to reaffirm our continued prayers for you personally, your family and your administration. We also want to take this opportunity to let you know how much we appreciate your support for Israel and your stated intention to move the U.S. Embassy to Jerusalem.
American Christian Leaders for Israel (ACLI) is a network of Christian leaders who collectively speak to and represent over sixty million Americans. During your 2016 campaign for president, you agreed to our five guiding principles in relation to Israel that over 650 Christian leaders had requested of you. One of those principles was the recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and to relocate the U.S. Embassy there.
Then in May 2017, we presented you with a letter signed by 60 major Christian leaders asking you to honor that commitment by not signing the Jerusalem Embassy Act waiver on June 1 and proceeding with moving the U.S. Embassy. Both initiatives are enclosed and found on our website at and
We understand that you signed the waiver on June 1 in order to allow time for a possible peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. While we were disappointed, we applaud your noble desire for peace.
However, we are gravely concerned that with every passing day it will become more difficult to move the embassy and if you do not do it now that it may never happen. We believe your presidency has opened a door of opportunity in the Middle East that no other president has been able to open, but we cannot assume it will stay open for long.
It is our conviction that the only way there will be real peace between the Palestinians and Israel is by requiring the Palestinian Authority to stop inciting violence and to prepare their people for peace with proper education in schools, universities, mosques and media. This will take several decades to raise up a new generation prepared for democracy and peace.
In the meantime, we must strengthen our bonds with the one true democracy in the Middle East, a country and people who share our values. Recognizing Jerusalem as her capital is the right thing to do for our greatest ally in the region—Israel.
This is important to us as Christian leaders because Jerusalem is a very significant city in the Christian faith with many holy sites in it. Only a free and democratic Israel will protect Jerusalem for all peoples of faith.
We want to be clear that tens of millions of Christians in America are in favor of Israeli sovereignty over all of Jerusalem including our revered Mt. of Olives, Old City of Jerusalem, the Temple Mount and all of biblical Jerusalem. We are asking you to recognize Jerusalem as the eternal and never-to-be-divided-again capital of Israel and to move the U.S. Embassy there. Mr. President, please do not sign the waiver again; allow the 1995 Jerusalem Embassy Act to be implemented! It is with greatest respect and appreciation that we make our request known.

Globalism And The Trilateral Commission

Flashback: When The Rockefeller Trilateral Commission Exposed Its Own Secret

Now and then, I republish an explosive interview with two Rockefeller Trilateral Commission members, highlighting how much political power can be controlled in a few hands.
People often misunderstand how the game works. In the area of US foreign policy, for example, they focus on the long-standing rats’ nest called the State Department.
Well, they should. But that bureaucracy implements policy. It doesn’t really formulate the basics. The basics come from higher on the food chain.
The Globalist movement—within which the Trilateral Commission is a leading force—dictates a “one-world” theme. Separate nations and their power should be melted down and folded into one planet-wide management system.
This system would ultimately determine worldwide production quotas for goods and services, and their distribution. Energy, in particular, is a prime target. How much will be created? Who will benefit? Who will suffer?
The US federal government and other governments around the world are currently trying to bring us closer to that “utopian day.”
Who sits in the shadows pulling their strings?
Here is another question that has the same answer: who is in charge of undermining free markets and thus taking down economies?

One group has been virtually forgotten. Its influence is enormous. It has existed since 1973.
It’s called the Trilateral Commission (TC).

Keep in mind that the original stated goal of the TC was to create “a new international economic order.”
In 1969, four years before birthing the TC with David Rockefeller, Zbigniew Brzezinski wrote: “[The] nation state as a fundamental unit of man’s organized life has ceased to be the principal creative force. International banks and multinational corporations are acting and planning in terms that are far in advance of the political concepts of the nation state.”
Goodbye, separate nations.
Any doubt on the question of TC goals is answered by David Rockefeller himself, the founder of the TC, in his Memoirs (2003): “Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure—one world, if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.”
Patrick Wood, author of Trilaterals Over Washington, points out there are only 87 members of the Trilateral Commission who live in America. Obama appointed eleven of them to posts in his administration.
For example: Tim Geithner, Treasury Secretary;
James Jones, National Security Advisor;
Paul Volker, Chairman, Economic Recovery Committee;
Dennis Blair, Director of National Intelligence.
Here is a stunning piece of forgotten history, a 1978 conversation between a US reporter and two members of the Trilateral Commission. (Source: Trilateralism: The Trilateral Commission and Elite Planning for World Management; ed. by Holly Sklar, 1980, South End Press, Pages 192-3).
The conversation was public knowledge at the time.
Anyone who was anyone in Washington politics, in media, in think-tanks, had access to it. Understood its meaning.
But no one shouted from the rooftops. No one used the conversation to force a scandal. No one protested loudly.
The conversation revealed that the entire basis of the US Constitution had been torpedoed, that the people who were running US national policy (which includes trade treaties) were agents of an elite shadow group. No question about it.
And yet: official silence. Media silence. The Dept. of Justice made no moves, Congress undertook no serious inquiries, and the President, Jimmy Carter, issued no statements. Carter was himself an agent of the Trilateral Commission in the White House. He had been plucked from obscurity by David Rockefeller, and through elite TC press connections, vaulted into the spotlight as a pre-eminent choice for the Presidency.
The 1978 conversation featured reporter, Jeremiah Novak, and two Trilateral Commission members, Karl Kaiser and Richard Cooper. The interview took up the issue of who exactly, during President Carter’s administration, was formulating US economic and political policy.
The careless and off-hand attitude of Trilateralists Kaiser and Cooper is astonishing. It’s as if they’re saying, “What we’re revealing is already out in the open, it’s too late to do anything about it, why are you so worked up, we’ve already won…”
NOVAK (the reporter): Is it true that a private [Trilateral committee] led by Henry Owen of the US and made up of [Trilateral] representatives of the US, UK, West Germany, Japan, France and the EEC is coordinating the economic and political policies of the Trilateral countries [which would include the US]?
COOPER: Yes, they have met three times.
NOVAK: Yet, in your recent paper you state that this committee should remain informal because to formalize ‘this function might well prove offensive to some of the Trilateral and other countries which do not take part.’ Who are you afraid of?
KAISER: Many countries in Europe would resent the dominant role that West Germany plays at these [Trilateral] meetings.
COOPER: Many people still live in a world of separate nations, and they would resent such coordination [of policy].
NOVAK: But this [Trilateral] committee is essential to your whole policy. How can you keep it a secret or fail to try to get popular support [for its decisions on how Trilateral member nations will conduct their economic and political policies]?
COOPER: Well, I guess it’s the press’ job to publicize it.
NOVAK: Yes, but why doesn’t President Carter come out with it and tell the American people that [US] economic and political power is being coordinated by a [Trilateral] committee made up of Henry Owen and six others? After all, if [US] policy is being made on a multinational level, the people should know.
COOPER: President Carter and Secretary of State Vance have constantly alluded to this in their speeches. [a lie]
KAISER: It just hasn’t become an issue.
This interview slipped under the mainstream media radar, which is to say, it was buried.
US economic and political policy—run by a committee of the Trilateral Commission.
When Jimmy Carter won the presidential election in 1976, his aide, Hamilton Jordan, said that if after the inauguration, Cy Vance and Brzezinski came on board as secretary of state and national security adviser, “We’ve lost. And I’ll quit.” Lost—because both men were powerful members of the Trilateral Commission and their appointment to key positions would signal a surrender of White House control to the Commission.
Vance and Brzezinski were appointed secretary of state and national security adviser, as Jordan feared. But he didn’t quit. He became Carter’s chief of staff.
Now consider the vast propaganda efforts of the past 40 years, on so many levels, to install the idea that all nations and peoples of the world are a single Collective.
From a very high level of political and economic power, this propaganda op has had the objective of grooming the population for a planet that is one coagulated mass, run and managed by one force. A central engine of that force is the Trilateral Commission.
How does a shadowy group like the TC accomplish its goal? One basic strategy is: destabilize nations; ruin their economies; send millions and millions of manufacturing jobs off to places where virtual slave labor does the work; adding insult to injury, export the cheap products of those slave-factories back to the nations who lost the jobs and undercut their domestic competitors, forcing them to close their doors and fire still more employees.
And then solve that economic chaos by bringing order.
What kind of order?
Eventually, one planet, with national borders erased, under one management system, with a planned global economy, “to restore stability,” “for the good of all, for lasting harmony.”
“I pledge allegiance to the Trilateral Commission, and to the domination for which it stands, one planet, indivisible, with tyranny and poverty and top-down order for all…”

N Korea Claims It Is Fully Nuclear, Naval Blockade Possibility?, Geoengineering Threat

North Korea claims it is fully nuclear, with US in striking range

North Korea said Wednesday it had achieved its goal of becoming a nuclear state after successfully testing a new intercontinental ballistic missile that put the “whole mainland of the US” within its range.

The North’s state television said Wednesday the new ICBM was “significantly more” powerful than the previous long-range weapon the North tested.
The report called the weapon a Hwasong 15. The launch was detected after it was fired early Wednesday morning from a site near Pyongyang.
After watching the launch of the Hwasong-15, the North’s leader Kim Jong-Un “declared with pride that now we have finally realized the great historic cause of completing the state nuclear force,” the official KCNA news agency said.
The test triggered global outrage with US Defense Secretary Jim Mattis saying it marked a significant step toward North Korea building missiles that can “threaten everywhere in the world, basically.”
North Korea said the missile reached 2,800 miles above the earth, 10 times higher than the international space station.
If flown on a standard trajectory, instead of Wednesday’s lofted angle, the missile would have a range of more than 13,000 kilometers (8,100 miles), said U.S. scientist David Wright, a physicist who closely tracks North Korea’s missile and nuclear programs. “Such a missile would have more than enough range to reach Washington, D.C., and in fact any part of the continental United States,” Wright wrote in a blog post for the Union for Concerned Scientists.

SEE HIGHLIGHTED UPDATE BELOW -- In a brutally blunt statement about the growing North Korea threat to the United States, Senator Lindsay Graham, appearing on CNN "The Situation Room" with Wolf Blitzer discussing today's ICBM launch by North Korea said "If we have to go to war over this, we will."
It is important to note that Congress (The US House and Senate) is the ONLY branch of the US Government which has the authority to Declare War.  When men like him start saying things like this on TV, people had better prepare.

As of 9:09 PM EST today, reports are now coming out from North Korean officials saying to "expect a 7th nuclear test detonation."
Previously, North Korean officials said they were only two steps away from completing their needed testing:
1) a final, long-range ICBM test (which they conducted today)
2) A surface detonation of a nuclear bomb over the Pacific Ocean.

They've taken the first step above.  All that's left for them is a surface nuclear detonation.  Look for it.
Then look for the immediate commencing of WAR between North Korea and the United States.

UPDATE 10:22 PM EST --

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson is now raising the possibility of "naval interdiction" (read Blockade) of North Korea in response to today's missile launch.  Here is the official State Department Announcement:

Geoengineering researcher Dane Wigington says recent Senate hearings confirming the science of geoengineering means dangerous climate changes are underway.  Wigington says, “They have to control the message, and notice they always use the term ‘chemtrails’ because that term always leads to a dead end.  It’s not a scientific term, and they want us to use that term.  You don’t see them using the geoengineering, climate engineering, solar radiation management and aerosol injection term because they don’t want people to understand this issue is real.  Why the Senate hearings?  Because the elephant in the room is almost impossible to hide, and they are trying to pacify populations until the last possible moment.  They want to tell the population what they want to hear–that this is only a proposal.  They are saying this must start immediately when this has been going on for 70 years . . . this is the Orwellian world we live in.  We have massive toxic aerosol, heavy metal spraying in our atmosphere that could not be more visible.  It’s blotting out the sun. . . . These programs are completely out of control. . . .
We are on the road to planetary omnicide. Climate engineering is the greatest and most immediate assault we face.  Climate engineering, look at this like the pharmaceutical approach to planet earth.  Hide the symptoms even if you are making the overall situation exponentially worse.  That’s what they are doing.  We have had these radical whiplash weather scenarios where it goes from 80 to 90 degrees to snow in a day or two.  This weather whiplash is not natural in any way, shape or form.”
Wigington contends that the situation is much worse than anyone thinks, and it’s mainly because of climate engineering. Wigington explains, “Our situation is far, far dire and immediate than anyone comprehends, and climate engineering is making it worse not better.  Official statistics say 20 million people could starve in the coming months, and that number will increase radically and exponentially.  The biosystems of the planet are imploding.”
Wigington is suing to get NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration) to give up its climate engineering information and has hit a brick wall. Wigington contends, “There is no hiding from what’s coming. . . . NOAA is not returning our FOIA’s, Freedom of Information Act
requests. They are legally required to give those to our attorneys, and they are not doing that.  In fact, NOAA, in essence, flipped us the middle finger by sending back FOIA’s saying they know nothing about any sort of weather modification anywhere ever.  Think how absurd this is when there are 300 regional weather modification programs that NOAA is required to sign off on every single year.  They are denying all of it.  This is the biggest cover-up in human history, with the largest most extensive operation in history, with the cooperation of governments around the globe.  That is not speculation.  You have to look and understand the gravity of the situation that is unfolding.  Countries around the globe, whatever you are focused on, if it’s not saving the life support systems of the planet, everything else amounts to arranging deck chairs on the Titanic. . . . This is the single most destructive endeavor ever launched by the human race.  Mathematically, it’s the greatest threat we face short of nuclear catastrophe.”

Facebook Announces It Will Use A.I. To Scan Your Thoughts "To Enhance User Safety"

A mere few years ago the idea that artificial intelligence (AI) might be used to analyze and report to law enforcement aberrant human behavior on social media and other online platforms was merely the far out premise of dystopian movies such as Minority Report, but now Facebook proudly brags that it will use AI to "save lives" based on behavior and thought pattern recognition.
What could go wrong?

The latest puff piece in Tech Crunch profiling the apparently innocuous sounding "roll out" of AI (as if a mere modest software update) "to detect suicidal posts before they're reported" opens with the glowingly optimistic line, "This is software to save lives" - so who could possibly doubt such a wonderful and benign initiative which involves AI evaluating people's mental health? Tech Crunch's Josh Cronstine begins:

This is software to save lives. Facebook’s new “proactive detection” artificial intelligence technology will scan all posts for patterns of suicidal thoughts, and when necessary send mental health resources to the user at risk or their friends, or contact local first-responders. By using AI to flag worrisome posts to human moderators instead of waiting for user reports, Facebook can decrease how long it takes to send help.

CEO Mark Zuckerberg has long hinted that his team has been wrestling with ways to prevent what appears to be a disturbingly increased trend of live streamed suicides as well as the much larger social problem of online bullying and harassment. One recent example which gained international media attention was a bizarre incident out of Turkey, where a distraught father shot himself on Facebook Live after announcing that his daughter was getting married without his permission. Though the example actually demonstrates the endlessly complex and unforeseen variables involved in human decision making and the human psyche - in this case notions of rigid Middle East cultural taboos and stigma clearly played a part - Tech Crunch holds it up as something which AI could possibly prevent.

Earlier this year Zuckerberg wrote in a public post that “There have been terribly tragic events - like suicides, some live streamed - that perhaps could have been prevented if someone had realized what was happening and reported them sooner... Artificial intelligence can help provide a better approach.” And in a post yesterday announcing the new AI suicide prevention tool integration, he wrote that “In the future, AI will be able to understand more of the subtle nuances of language, and will be able to identify different issues beyond suicide as well, including quickly spotting more kinds of bullying and hate.”

Naturally, we must ask: what does Mark mean by the eerily ambiguous reference to "we will be able to identify different issues beyond suicide as well.."?

It begins. Facebook rolls out its first AI powered thought crime module.

With the debate already long raging about how "bullying and hate" gets interpreted and labelled, and with multiple high profile instances of such accusations being used to censor and limit constitutionally protected speech, Zuckerberg now "reassures" us that we can place such sensitive and highly interpretive questions in the hands of machines. Tech Crunch awkwardly tries to preempt such obvious (and horrifying) concerns while ultimately concluding "we have little choice" but to embrace it and "hope Facebook doesn't go too far":

Just because the current World Shadow Government operates in total secrecy doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.  The globalist New World Order has actually been here for well over a hundred years.
The practical reality is that the World Shadow Government (WSG) rules over every square inch of planet Earth … to varying degrees, of course. (Russia, for instance, has left the reservation in many ways, but still has to play the game in many ways.)

The bottom line is that the C.I.A. is primarily the enforcement agency for the WSG.  It was recently written that the C.I.A. is the “enforcement agency for the Council on Foreign Relations”.  And that’s entirely true.  However, the C.I.A. is also the enforcement agency for every other entity within Deep State, both public and private, covert and overt.

Only with this correct understanding can the true magnitude of humanity’s problematic predicament be comprehended.  Essentially, a thoroughly rogue intelligence agency — the largest in the world — has taken control of every sphere of life.  In fact, the C.I.A. acts with absolute impunity, whenever and wherever it so chooses to.  As follows:

Certain folks won’t be happy until everyone has a computer chip implanted in them. Here’s how this could go.

  • Initially, it would be the sheep who blindly desire to be chipped for their own “convenience” leading the way.
  • Then, it would become remarkably inconvenient not to be chipped – sort of like it’s nearly impossible to not have a bank account these days.
  • Then, the last holdouts could be forcibly chipped by law.

Read on, because I could not make this stuff up.

Some employers are chipping workers.

Last summer, the internet was abuzz about a company in Wisconsin that wanted to microchip their employees. Workers at the technology company, Three Market Square, were given the option of having a chip implanted in their hands and 50 out of 80 eagerly lined up for the privilege.
Why? So they could buy food or swipe their way through building security with a wave of their hand.

What could pass for a dystopian vision of the workplace is almost routine at the Swedish start-up hub Epicenter. The company offers to implant its workers and start-up members with microchips the size of grains of rice that function as swipe cards: to open doors, operate printers or buy smoothies with a wave of the hand.

“The biggest benefit, I think, is convenience,” said Patrick Mesterton, co-founder and chief executive of Epicenter. As a demonstration, he unlocks a door merely by waving near it. “It basically replaces a lot of things you have, other communication devices, whether it be credit cards or keys.” (source)

Pretty soon, experts say everyone will want to be microchipped.

Many sources say that it’s inevitable that we’re all going to get chipped. Noelle Chesley, an associate professor of sociology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, says it’s inevitable.

Another pro-chipping advocate, Gene Munster, an investor and analyst at Loup Ventures, says that we just have to get past that silly social stigma and then everyone will be doing it within 50 years. Why? Oh, the benefits.

The company, which sells corporate cafeteria kiosks designed to replace vending machines, would like the kiosks to handle cashless transactions.

This would go beyond paying with your smartphone. Instead, chipped customers would simply wave their hands in lieu of Apple Pay and other mobile-payment systems.

The benefits don’t stop there. In the future, consumers could zip through airport scanners sans passport or drivers license; open doors; start cars; and operate home automation systems. All of it, if the technology pans out, with the simple wave of a hand. (source)

There are some serious pitfalls

While the current chips being “installed” in humans are said not to have GPS tracking, don’t you figure it’s just a matter of time? And also, how do you KNOW that there is no GPS tracking technology in that teeny little chip? Just because they tell you so?
Then there is the issue of the chip in your body being hacked.

“This is serious stuff. We’re talking about a nonstop potential connection to my body and I can’t turn it off, I can’t put it away, it’s in me. That’s a big problem,” said Ian Sherr, an executive editor at CNET.

“It’s very easy to hack a chip implant, so my advice is don’t put your life secrets on an implant, Sjöblad said…

“It’s about educating the people and giving every person the tools…not only how to use the technology but, more importantly, when it’s being used against you,” Sjöblad warned.  (source)

Microchips may not be optional one day.

This horror movie gets even scarier. There is already a law on the books that potentially allows human beings to be forcibly chipped.
Oh, it’s couched in warm, fuzzy language and they say it’s just to help keep track of folks with Alzheimer’s or other developmental disabilities, but remember that the most unpatriotic law ever passed was also called the Patriot Act.

It directs the Department of Justice’s (DOJ’s) Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) to award competitive grants to health care, law enforcement, or public safety agencies, and nonprofit organizations, to develop or operate locally based proactive programs to prevent wandering and locate missing individuals with dementia or children with developmental disabilities. The BJA must give preference to law enforcement or public safety agencies partnering with nonprofit organizations that use person-centered plans and are directly linked to individuals, and families of individuals, with dementia or developmental disabilities. (source)

Despite the fact that the bill requires everyone to use privacy “best practices,” it’s not that much of a stretch to see what a slippery slope this is. Who gets to decide whether a person “needs” to be chipped for their own good? Law enforcement. Scary.
